It’s important to us that you’re happy with your ceiling2floor purchase.
Please inspect your package(s) immediately and sign for the delivery noting any marks or damage that is visible.
In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your goods you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it

Returning An Unwanted Item
- Unwanted items can’t be returned after 14 days of receipt of goods.
- If you are returning an unwanted item it must not be damaged or marked.
- You will be required to arrange for the products to be sent back to us. Please use an insured service.
- You will be responsible for paying postage costs for the returned item(s).
Returning Faulty Or Damaged Item
- We must be notified of any items that arrive damaged within 24hrs of receipt of goods.
- Damaged items can’t be returned after 30 days of receipt of goods.
- You will be required to supply photographs of any damaged or faulty items – please email enquiries@ceiling2floor.co.uk
- No claims can be processed for goods that have been signed for as received in good condition, We cannot accept unchecked as the courier company will not accept this.
- Do not begin returns process until you have informed the returns dept of any damaged items
Return Steps
- Authorise your return via customer services
- Please ensure the items are in their original packaging as received. Please do not mark the product packaging.
- When returning your item please make sure to include your order number and also the reason for the return
- Send the item back to our returns department. Address below.
- Once our returns dept receives your return we will begin processing
- Your refund can take up to 10 working days from the date of us receiving your return
- If you are returning your items in store, please bring your receipt or sales invoice with you as proof of purchase.
- Please note – We are unable to offer any refunds or exchanges for any products that have been cut or used in any way under any circumstances.
Refund Process
- If you would like to return an item to us we will arrange your credit card / paypal account to be credited.
- A typical refund can take up to 14 days; we refund in a timely manner and will process the refund as soon as we have received and checked the goods.
